Cheryl Zaldivar
Cheryl Zaldívar, an accomplished actress and producer, was born in Havana on September 22, 1979. She earned a Master’s Degree in Drama from the University of Arts of Cuba and has built an extensive career in TV, cinema, radio, and theater. Cheryl has also contributed her expertise as an assistant director in theater productions and joined our company as a Coordinator Producer in 2021.
Registered with RECAC, Cuba’s National Registry of Creators of Audiovisual and Cinematographic Art under Reg. No. 002961, Cheryl is an active member of UNEAC (National Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba) within the TV/Films Organization.
Cheryl has been involved in numerous projects with Vedado, including serving as a Coordinator Producer for Ted Nash’s residency at Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes, a fixer for Tonya Boyd Cannon’s visit to Havana, and a Coordinator Producer for various national productions and scouting trips. As a renowned actress in Cuba, Cheryl’s exceptional PR skills are among her most valuable assets in the field.
